ESTIMATED TIME OF ARRIVAL
The estimated time of arrival (ETA) for your order depends on two main factors: handling time and transit time.
1. Handling Time:
This is the duration between when you place your order and when it is ready for shipment (handed off to the carrier). Handling times typically range from 2 to 4 business days, varying by product type:
- Apparel (T-shirts, Hoodies, Ladies' T-shirts, etc.): 2-4 business days
- Mugs: 1-3 business days
- Ornaments: 1-3 business days
2. Transit Time:

For U.S. Orders: We use various carriers, primarily DHL eCommerce, USPS, and UPS, depending on the delivery location. Most packages are delivered through the USPS local post office system, with an average transit time of 5 to 7 business days.

For International Orders: Packages are shipped via DHL eCommerce and delivered by the local post office in the destination country. The average shipping time for international orders is 20 to 25 business days.

Customers acknowledge and agree that the delivery times provided are estimates and may vary under certain circumstances. Orders will only be processed if a correct shipping address is provided. Incomplete or invalid addresses may result in processing delays, so we recommend double-checking your information at checkout. All shipments include a tracking link for easy monitoring of your order's status.
SHIPPING RATES
- The shipping fee for the first item is $4.99.
- An additional charge of $2.50 applies for each additional item beyond the first in orders with two or more items.
INVALID SHIPPING ADDRESS
We will verify the shipping address before processing your order using USPS address validation data. If the address is invalid or incomplete, your order will be held until we receive your confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel your order if we do not receive a response within a certain period. If there are issues with your shipping address, we will contact you via email using the address provided in your order confirmation.
Please ensure that all delivery information is accurate and double-check everything at checkout. Packages will not be delivered if the shipping address is invalid and will be returned to us. In this case, we do not offer a re-shipping option, as payments are one-time, and we do not retain any information regarding your payment for additional charges.
SHIPMENT DELAYS
While we strive to deliver items as quickly as possible, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. Possible causes for delays include:
- Supplier or carrier-related issues
- Shipping delays during holidays
- Customs clearance for international orders
ITEM NOT RECEIVED
If the estimated time frame has passed and you have not received your order, please follow these steps:
- Check the shipment status using the tracking link we provided.
- If the tracking status indicates "delivered," check your mailbox and any other locations where the mail carrier may have left your package.
- If you still cannot find it, contact the carrier to file a claim.
- If the tracking status shows the package is still in transit, please wait an additional 2-3 days before contacting us.
- If you missed the delivery, reach out to the carrier to arrange a pickup or schedule a re-delivery.
Refund/Replacement Policy:
- For U.S. Orders: If your parcel has not been delivered and more than 20 days have passed since the shipping date, you may request a refund or replacement.
- For International Orders: If your parcel has not been delivered and more than 35 days have elapsed since the shipping date, you may also request a refund or replacement.
